Our Acquisition Models
We use flexible acquisition models designed to help organizations launch housing programs without the burden of full property ownership. Depending on the project’s goals and capacity, we structure solutions through partnership acquisitions, lease-to-own arrangements, joint ventures, property conversions, and community ownership models. These approaches allow agencies to access mission-aligned properties, share costs and responsibilities, and create sustainable housing opportunities that serve residents long-term.

How We Administer It:
Over a 6 month guided engagement, we deliver this service in-person, virtually, or in-house, depending on the organization’s needs and project scope. We will define your program model, identify property criteria, and source real options. Our acquisition consultant manages property communications, verifies compliance factors, and helps draft partnership or acquisition agreements.

We also help you prepare for licensing, inspections, and occupancy setup, ensuring the property aligns with your care or transitional use plan.

Purpose:
To give organizations a clear, supported path to finding and securing safe, affordable, and properly zoned properties for care, transitional, and community-based housing programs — reducing risk, cost, and startup time while helping you focus on serving people.
