What We Do:
The Community Housing Hub helps families achieve housing stability and long-term financial security. We provide hands-on support, education, and coaching directly in the community to address immediate housing challenges and prepare families for future opportunities.
We work with families across four key areas:
-
Foreclosure Prevention – Assess risk, guide homeowners through options, and advocate with lenders to help families stay in their homes.
-
Family-in-Care Housing Support – Help families involved with child welfare maintain or secure stable housing, coordinating with supportive services as needed.
-
Homeownership Readiness – Provide education, credit and budget coaching, and a personalized action plan to prepare families to buy their first home.
-
Financial Literacy – Teach budgeting, debt management, credit improvement, and saving strategies to support housing stability and long-term financial health.
We combine classes, one-on-one coaching, assessments, advocacy, and post-program follow-up so families not only learn, but take practical steps toward housing security.
