What We Do

The Community Housing Hub helps families achieve housing stability and long-term financial security. We provide hands-on support, education, and coaching directly in the community to address immediate housing challenges and prepare families for future opportunities.

Program Structure

Program runs in manageable cycles
Includes classes, coaching, and assessments
Flexible: in-person, virtual, or hybrid
Partners can sponsor multiple cycles

Partner Organization Cost

Organizations sponsor the program for their community.
Community Program Fee
$1500 per 3-month cycle

Includes:

All workshops and classes
One-on-one housing coaching
Foreclosure prevention support
Program coordination and materials
