ELIGIBILITY

Mareesa's House is designed for adults who would benefit from a supportive housing environment while working toward greater stability and independence.

Applicants may be eligible if they:

Have had a recent hospital stay or are transitioning back into the community
Are living with chronic health conditions that impact daily living
Are experiencing financial or housing instability related to a health challenge
Are willing to participate in a home health assessment
Are committed to working toward personal goals and greater independence
Meet the program's admission and residency requirements

APPLYING

Mareesa's House is a supportive housing program designed for individuals who will benefit from coordinated care, case management, and housing stabilization services.

Most residents are referred by healthcare providers, hospitals, social workers, behavioral health professionals, community organizations, or other partner agencies. Individuals without a referral may also be considered after completing an eligibility assessment with The Bailey Project.
