the hubs

Created to bring
people home.

Our Community Hubs are the heart of our mission. Placed directly in neighborhoods, churches, and community centers, each Hub is a safe, welcoming space where individuals and families receive hands-on support to stabilize, grow, and thrive.

At the Hub, we provide care-centered education, housing readiness, and homeownership preparation all under one roof. Whether someone is healing from trauma, preparing to transition into stable housing, or planning to buy their first home, the Hub meets them where they are.

We host:

  • Workshops on life skills, finances, and real estate

  • One-on-one consultations for housing navigation

  • Support groups and healing circles

  • Pop-up services from trusted partners

  • Pathways to affordable housing and ownership

Each Hub is designed to build community power, keep people safe and secure, and help residents stay, return, or own in their neighborhood.
