Jason (Big Jay) brings 25 years of residential program experience to Bailey. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to and learned from some of the region’s most respected organizations, including Bradley Hospital, St. Mary’s Home for Children, and Turning the Corner, among others. He now brings those decades of insight, structure, and compassion to Bailey’s housing programs.

His ability to connect strategy with process gives him a unique and results-driven approach to ensuring that housing programs are both impactful and sustainable. Jason is known for his no-nonsense commitment to service—balancing accountability with empathy, and always keeping the well-being of residents at the center of his work.
